Sheree Anne Kelly
President of ACCE
Sheree Anne is the chief executive of the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) representing more than 10,000 industry professionals. She’s responsible for leading the team which serves the community via professional development, innovative problem solving, best practices, and industry thought leadership.
Previously, Sheree Anne was senior vice president of the Public Affairs Council and executive director of their foundation. During her 16 years at the global association, she served as chief public affairs expert, and oversaw thought leadership, consulting and benchmarking services. During her tenure, she opened the Council’s first international office in Brussels.
Prior roles include positions in the government affairs department of the National Association of Home Builders, and serving on the corporate development and corporate relations teams at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
Sheree Anne holds an MBA from Georgetown, a Master of Arts in Government from Johns Hopkins and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University. Current industry leadership roles include serving on the executive committee of the World Chambers Federation and as a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Chamber Committee of 100. She’s also a board member of the Engalitcheff Institute on Comparative Political and Economic Systems and immediate pastchair of the Bucknell Institute for Public Policy.

Bob Harris
Certified Association Executive
Bob Harris, CAE has 30+ years experience with associations, chambers and other nonprofits. His seminars are interactive, focused on core-knowledge and organizational (realistic) capacity. He utilizes case studies, trends and headlines for board orientation, training, strategic planning, staff training and consulting. He is the author of Association Management 101 Online©; creator of the Association Self-Auditing Process© and co-author of “Building an Association Management Company.
He is known around the world for sharing best practices and promoting sustainability of associations and chambers. Specialities:

Frank Kenny
Chamber Pros Community
Frank is a successful entrepreneur, chamber member, chamber board member, elected chamber board chair, and chamber President/CEO.
He now consults with chambers and speaks professionally. He has worked with hundreds of chambers over the past 10 years on their staff and member training, strategic planning, board retreats and orientations, social media, digital marketing, technology, and most other areas of chamber work.
As a chamber professional, his team was one of the first to embrace social media and digital marketing. Within 18 months of launching their campaigns, the membership of that 45-year-old chamber had doubled.
While with his chamber, Frank was appointed to the executive committee of his state’s chamber of commerce (AWB) and the board of his state’s chamber professionals association (WCCE). He is a graduate of the Western Association of Chamber Executives (W.A.C.E.) Academy program. He has a degree in finance and an MBA.\
Frank has served on the faculty of the Institute for Organization Management (IOM) and W.A.C.E’s Academy program.
